Make sure you take your modem with you, and all the cables that go with it
Familiarise yourself with the setup instructions when you set everything back up at your new home – instructions can be found on the Belong website for Belong supplied modems. Check out How do I set up my modem for the nbn?
If you are moving into a place that was previously occupied, it’s a good idea to check with your property manager to remind the outgoing occupant to disconnect their service ahead of your connection date
If your’re currently on the nbn at your old address using Fibre to the Curb or nbn HFC, leave your nbn connection box there – as this equipment is owned by nbn co, your new address will have everything you need either already there, or we’ll arrange this for you
