How does it work?

  • Buy a travel pack before you travel or while you’re overseas. You’ll have 365 days to use it.

  • Your pack kicks in when you connect to an eligible network in an included destination.

  • Once your pack is active, you have 15 days to use your calls and data.

  • You can add another pack to replace your current one whenever you need to.

All our eligible customers* get a basic overseas service and wi-fi calling for free – no need to buy a travel pack.

Our basic service lets you receive SMS when you’re in eligible destinations. Read more about it. It’s great for things like the verification codes.

With wi-fi calling, you can call Aussie numbers over wi-fi. Here's how to get started.
