What are my options when travelling overseas?
Belong’s basic overseas service
Belong has a free, limited roaming service for all mobile customers. That lets you receive SMS from the eligible destinations listed below without changing your SIM card or your mobile number.
International Roaming travel pack
You can also buy an International Roaming travel pack for your mobile service. That gives you 3GB of data, 150 minutes in inbound and outbound calls, and unlimited standard SMS while you’re in an eligible destination. These travel packs cost $30 and must be added to an active Belong mobile service.
Wi-fi calling
You can also use wi-fi calling. That lets you make calls back to Australia and receive calls while you’re connected to a suitable wi-fi network. This service is free. – you just need a device that supports VoLTE (and have VoLTE switched on). Find out more about wi-fi calling.
